Full rehabilitation of Quay 5's operational deck and waterside systems
Renewed the crane rails, seafront beam and crane cable canal; added a protective concrete apron; replaced anchoring rods; repaired soffit concrete, asphalt and drainage; installed bollards, ladders, water lines and cathodic protection; and completed the Quay 5-3 connection.
