Royal’s role is to turn a complex marine requirement into an executable work package. We assess the physical conditions, select a practical method, define the plant and specialist interfaces, and align delivery with the client’s programme and commercial structure.
From our Ismailia office in Egypt, we work with project owners, developers, EPC contractors and procurement teams across selected regional and international markets. The objective is simple: make the technical requirement, delivery route and commercial responsibilities clear before mobilisation.

Dr. Mohamed leads Royal Construction with more than two decades of experience across dredging, marine construction and maritime business development in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
