Privacy notice
This notice explains how Royal Construction handles information you choose to send through the website form, email, telephone, WhatsApp or other direct business communications.

Information we receive
We may receive your name, employer, contact details, project location, technical or commercial scope and correspondence. The website form does not accept file attachments at launch. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers or information you are not authorised to disclose.
How we use it
We use business-enquiry information to assess and respond to the request, prepare technical or commercial follow-up, manage a potential or existing business relationship, protect our rights and meet applicable legal obligations.
Website form
When you submit the website form, the information is sent through Formspree, a specialist form-service provider, to Royal at info@royalconstruction.co. Formspree processes and may temporarily retain the submission to deliver Royal’s notification and your confirmation email. The Royal website itself does not maintain a separate enquiry database.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page use and selected interactions such as project or equipment views, email or WhatsApp clicks, film milestones and a successful enquiry submission. Royal does not send the form contents, your name, email, telephone number, company, message or project location to analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared only with Royal personnel, advisers, delivery partners or service providers—including the form and email providers—who need it for the stated business purpose, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal controls. Royal retains it only as long as reasonably needed for that purpose, records, disputes or law. Provider-side copies are governed by the applicable service settings and terms.

You may contact info@royalconstruction.co to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification, legal exceptions and applicable law.
